G&C Bulkhead Construction was founded with a single mission: provide Lake Conroe and Greater Houston waterfront property owners with the highest quality marine construction available. Our principals bring decades of hands-on experience in bulkhead installation, dock building, and shoreline restoration.
We’re a family business – and that means something. Every project gets our personal attention from first site visit to final walkthrough. We’re not a call center that dispatches crews – you work directly with the people who will build your project.
Our service area centers on Lake Conroe, where we’ve built relationships with the San Jacinto River Authority, the Montgomery County Appraisal District, and the local waterfront community. We extend those same professional standards to Lake Livingston, Greater Houston, and surrounding areas.

This design-first approach eliminates misunderstandings, helps you visualize the finished product, and ensures the structure we build is exactly what you envisioned. It’s one of the ways G&C delivers a higher standard of service than the competition.
